Thank you for shopping with To Phōs Candles! We take pride in crafting nontoxic, high-quality candles with care. As a small business, we cannot afford to accommodate frequent returns, but we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience. Please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within **7 days of delivery**.
- Items must be in **brand-new, unused condition** with all original packaging intact (e.g., boxes, care cards).
- Customers are responsible for all **return shipping costs**.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at mina@tophoscandles.com within **62 hours of delivery**.
- Include your **order number** and clear **photos of the damage** (e.g., broken glass, wax spillage).
- We will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a **replacement or store credit**.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that are not in their original condition, show signs of use, or have been altered in any way.
- Custom orders or sale items.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
- Approved returns will be processed as **store credit only**, issued within **7 days** of receiving the item.
Exchanges:
- Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we **do not offer exchanges**. We suggest placing a new order if you wish to try a different item.
